Leading Telecom retailer integrates DCs, local hubs and Warehouse automation systems with HighJump WMS

Telecommunications Services Company, a global telecom retailer headquartered in London with operations in around 170 countries, needed a highly automated warehouse management solution to support continuous replenishment, high fill rates, and strict customer SLAs across its extensive network. Cybage Software worked with HighJump on the implementation of HighJump WMS across stores, hubs, and distribution centres, including a rollout across 100 warehouse locations in and around the UK.

Cybage Software implemented the solution through collaborative requirements gathering, design, testing, deployments, and rollout support, while also helping with process improvements and product enhancements. The result was end-to-end integration for two main warehouses, over 90 smaller warehouses, automated systems and ERP, plus greater IoT-driven automation and productivity. The project delivered a multi-fold improvement in picking efficiency and inventory accuracy, and improved customer SLAs through planned replenishment and higher order fulfilment rates.
