HealthCare INC, a U.S.-based provider of medical billing, practice management, and EHR services, needed to make its SaaS platform more scalable and responsive while also integrating with pharmacy, lab, payer, and CRM systems. Cybage Software supported the company’s web-based EMR and revenue cycle management product, which serves 1,000+ practices and 20,000+ providers.

Cybage Software implemented scalability improvements for the web and database layers, added performance optimizations such as memcached caching, preloading, materialized views, and AJAX, and enabled interoperability through Mirth Connect using HL7, NCPDP, and ANSI X12n interfaces. Cybage Software also built an internal CRM based on SugarCRM, helping improve system responsiveness and integration across healthcare workflows.
