The Leading Luxury Hotel Chain, a Toronto-based luxury hotel group with more than 100 hotels across 30 countries, needed a seamless way to track guest activities and service requests across properties and improve communication between guests and staff. It turned to Cybage Software for a ticketing system and chat-based support experience to eliminate communication gaps and better manage guest service handling.

Cybage Software implemented a centralized web and mobile solution, including a seamless ticketing system and staff chat application, built with technologies such as Xamarin, ASP.NET, iOS, Android, and Visual Studio. The results were strong: 100% success in tracking and handling guest requests, guest experience ratings rose from 5 to 8 at individual hotels, service delivery time dropped from 15 minutes to 5 minutes, and the system now handles 700+ tickets with room to scale fivefold.
