Cybage Software implemented a futuristic shopping suite with XML-based workflows and flight pricing filters to automate shopping and streamline fare selection. The result was a major performance gain: air shopping time dropped from 15 minutes to 3 minutes, saving about USD 21K per year, and the complete booking process was reduced from 12 minutes to 7 minutes, delivering an estimated USD 48K in annual savings. Cybage Software also helped maintain a 99% SLA for pricing support and contributed to the client becoming the first NDC company to receive IATA Level 4 certification.
