Hearst Fujingaho, a leading Japanese publisher, was focused on growing its online media business while improving key KPIs such as circulation rate, page views, and ROI/sales contribution. Cxense provided the Cxense DMP to support these goals.
Cxense implemented personalized content recommendations through the Cxense DMP, later expanding with the Cxense Insight tag and deployment across all website domains. This enabled Hearst Fujingaho to surface relevant editorial and e-commerce content, improve customer experience, and create new monetization opportunities across media properties. As a result, Hearst Fujingaho reported an improved circulation rate and increased page views, with Cxense also enabling real-time UI changes.
