Transforming and Optimising Our Client’s Contingent Workforce Program

SAP Fieldglass, a leading Australian professional services organization with nearly 6,000 employees across 16 offices, needed a better way to manage its contingent workforce. Previously, contractors were sourced directly through internal networks, which made contractor engagement, migration to standard contracts, and ongoing administration time-consuming and resource intensive. SAP Fieldglass worked with CXC Global to move toward a more structured contractor management approach.

CXC Global implemented a contractor management solution supported by custom online portals for client, contractor, and manager workflows, covering requisition, onboarding, timesheets, expenses, and approvals. CXC Global also introduced its Vendor Management System alliance partner, Fieldglass (SAP company), to improve visibility and control over spend and contractor activity. The result was stronger reporting, better monitoring of contractor talent, improved compliance, and greater efficiency across procurement, HR, and finance, with the system fully operational and compliant by September 2015.
