Case Study: National Healthcare Company improves contingent workforce visibility and control with CXC Global

A CXC Global Case Study

Preview of the National Healthcare Company Case Study

The New Era of Non-Employee Workforce Management

National Healthcare Company, Australia’s second largest integrated national healthcare company, needed a standardised way to engage and manage contingent workers. The company wanted better visibility, stronger control, simpler reporting, lower non-employee workforce costs, and clearer insight into its diverse talent supply chain. CXC Global was brought in to help define and support a more effective non-permanent workforce program.

CXC Global implemented a two-phase solution: first, a contractor management outsourcing model to improve compliance, consistency, onboarding, payment, and off-boarding; then a managed service provider model supported by SAP Fieldglass to streamline procure-to-pay, increase visibility, and enable neutral supply chain sourcing. The result was improved workforce insight, greater control, and better ROI, with minimal disruption during rollout. The program also expanded over time to support medical recruitment, acquisitions, pre-employment screening, and supply chain assessment.
