The result was improved visibility, stronger governance and compliance, and reduced business risk across Ireland and the UK. CXC Global onboarded hundreds of workers since go-live in August 2017 and enabled compliance and contracts to be completed within 24 hours for same-day or next-day starts, with zero-employment claims reported.
