Large Australian Energy Company partnered with CXC Global to improve the safety and compliance of its contingent workforce. The company was managing up to 1,500 contractors across multiple roles and locations, but before CXC Global’s involvement, contractor WHS support was limited, creating operational and liability risk.

CXC Global implemented a contractor-focused WHS program as part of its workforce management service, including site risk assessments, induction checklists, incident reporting communications, and coordination with HSE and medical providers. The result was a stronger preventative safety approach, broader safety awareness across the contractor population, and a TRIFR among contractors that was consistently and significantly lower than that of the rest of the workforce.
