CXC Global implemented a centralized global Access to Talent solution, handling sourcing, CV screening, interviews, interview scheduling, salary and start-date negotiation, and candidate transition support. The vendor also helped provide worker benefits and addressed contractor classification risk through third-party workforce management. As a result, the Microsoft supplier was able to meet challenging SLAs more quickly, with improved speed, transparency, cost savings, and access to hard-to-find talent.
