Financial Services Company, one of the largest car finance companies in the U.S., needed to move from an aging mainframe asset-finance environment to a new cloud-based Alfa Systems platform while migrating critical data from A to B. Because the program spanned multiple years and affected a business unit responsible for 80% of revenue, the company needed a safer, more controlled way to manage the change than a manual war-room approach. Cutover was selected to help orchestrate the migration.

Using Cutover, nearly 1,000 people were onboarded quickly, plans were built and rehearsed in the platform, and teams gained visibility into dependencies, critical paths, and real-time progress through dashboards and telemetry. Cutover also automated communications and created an audit trail, reducing administrative work and eliminating post-event cleanup.
