Kenneth Cole is a global fashion house known for stylish footwear, apparel and handbags and for its socially conscious brand voice. As consumer choice and digital retail shifted, the marketing team struggled to maintain deep, personalized connections with shoppers, hurting loyalty and margins; they needed to consolidate and enrich customer data to better understand and engage high-value customers.

Working with Custora, Kenneth Cole deployed predictive analytics and machine learning to identify VIPs, product affinities and churn risks, then targeted those segments via email and other channels. An initial test that used affinity scoring to target men’s suits drove more suit sales in one day than the prior week, and the team is rolling out predictive churn prevention, VIP and high-value acquisition programs with a goal to increase revenue by 1.5%.
