Soapbox, a media company, needed a way to rapidly deploy AI chatbots for over 30 small businesses during a live NITRO! Bootcamp session. The challenge was to provide a usable, effective AI solution that each business could implement instantly for customer service and growth, even with no prior technical experience. They partnered with vendor CustomGPT to address this need.

Using the no-code CustomGPT platform, an AI Developer Kit was created for each business, enabling the launch of tailored customer service and growth assistant chatbots. The solution from CustomGPT was a success, resulting in about 60 chatbots being deployed for the 30+ businesses in under 90 minutes. Every business launched at least two working chatbots, immediately benefiting from quicker customer responses and more structured growth guidance.
