Using Customer.io, Guardio implemented full-cycle campaigns with roughly 400 event triggers and targeted segments (including users who experienced the most blocked attacks), enabling personalized upgrade prompts and peer-review requests. The Customer.io-powered strategy captured 20% of monthly upgrades from a single campaign and gave Guardio centralized control over lifecycle messaging.
