How GNC Mexico uses Raidar.io and Customer.io to drive in-store sales

GNC Mexico, whose revenue comes mainly from 500+ physical stores, needed a way to connect its 100% digital marketing with offline purchases. Although tools like loyalty, POS, and CRM contained useful data, the company lacked a unified setup to see which touchpoints—such as abandoned cart emails—were actually driving in-store sales. GNC Mexico partnered with RAIDAR and Customer.io to solve this challenge.

RAIDAR built a composable CDP on Snowflake and used Customer.io as the activation platform, syncing customer data and conversion events between systems. With Customer.io, GNC Mexico could attribute store purchases to marketing campaigns, measure 10x more conversion events linked to campaigns, and run personalized replenishment and seasonal journeys with 4–5% conversion rates.
