Footwear and Apparel, a leader in men’s footwear and apparel, wanted a lifecycle experience executed within Monetate’s personalization click stream algorithm using the intelligence in Customer Portfolios’ Customer Profile. The customer’s goal was to make messaging more relevant by using lifecycle data within its web personalization efforts.

Customer Portfolios connected Monetate’s personalization engine via an API with its Marketing Database Customer Profile. That allowed targeted messaging personalized by gender, lifecycle stage, product, style, and category. In a gender-based test, the approach produced a 100% lift in women’s average order value, more than a 100% lift in average order value, an 83% lift in revenue per session, and a 17% lift in conversion of 1x customers.
