Hotel Residenz, a private hotel in Düsseldorf, wanted to generate more guest reviews through in-house feedback and strengthen its online reputation. The hotel worked with Customer Alliance, using its tablet PC app to collect reviews directly at reception after guests’ stays.

Customer Alliance implemented a review management solution that enabled guests to leave feedback on a tablet PC and display the reviews on the hotel’s website. The approach generated 124 tablet-based reviews from 270 invited guests, a return rate of 45.93%, with 20,123 widget views, helping Hotel Residenz turn guest feedback into more bookings and faster service improvements.
