Baltic Hotel, an independent 22-room hotel in Lübeck near Timmendorfer beach, faced intense local competition and needed a better way to turn guest feedback into more bookings. The hotel chose Customer Alliance’s review management system to help collect and display authentic guest reviews on its own website.

Using Customer Alliance, Baltic Hotel asked more than 1,000 guests for reviews and achieved a 30% response rate, significantly higher than paper questionnaires. The system generated 6,794 widget clicks, 313 reviews, and 254 direct booking inquiries, helping deliver estimated commission savings of €4,743 and direct bookings valued at about €31,623.
