Film at Lincoln Center, celebrating its 50th anniversary and home of the New York Film Festival, sought to modernize and digitize its membership experience across three tiers (basic, New Wave for millennial cinephiles, and patron). To help move membership into the future, Film at Lincoln Center partnered with Cuseum to introduce digital membership cards and a new digital membership program.
Cuseum implemented the digital membership cards and program, rolling out digital credentials for all membership levels to streamline member access and engagement.
