Fernbank Museum of Natural History wanted a greener, more efficient way to manage memberships and reduce the hassles of lost physical cards. To address that challenge, Fernbank partnered with Cuseum to launch new digital (mobile) membership cards that members can access on their phones.
Cuseum’s digital membership solution replaced paper and plastic cards with mobile credentials, cutting paper and plastic waste and lowering administrative costs while making it easier for members to access benefits. The new cards are described as more cost-effective and environmentally friendly, have received positive member feedback, and support Fernbank Museum of Natural History’s mission to protect Fernbank Forest and promote lifelong learning.
