Tellus Science Museum, a world-class hands-on museum in Cartersville, GA serving about 200,000 visitors a year and 8,000 members, faced a slow, costly membership card process: Amanda Tadajewski, the sole membership manager, spent significant time fulfilling plastic cards that took two to four weeks to arrive, delaying members’ access to reciprocal benefits and generating frequent replacement requests.
