Town Dentistry, founded by Dr. Heather Frodge in 2012, faced the challenge of scaling from one office to three while keeping a consistent culture, simplifying training, enabling remote work, converting a server‑based site, and streamlining scheduling and reporting. Dr. Frodge chose Curve SuperHero from Curve Dental as her practice management solution to provide the cloud platform, charting, and customer support needed to meet those challenges.
Curve Dental implemented Curve SuperHero (with Curve GRO for patient engagement) to provide cloud‑based charting, centralized scheduling, custom KPI reports, remote access, and easy data conversion. As a result, Town Dentistry grew to three locations with five providers and 35 staff, reduced overhead by avoiding extra servers and phone hires, improved training and treatment acceptance, cut no‑shows/cancellations, enabled touchless check‑in, and retained and hired out‑of‑state billing staff — all enabled by Curve Dental’s software and support.
