Guardian News & Media (GNM) needed a simple, secure way to manage contracts centrally. They lacked visibility on contract compliance, faced inefficient supplier onboarding, and had data security and sharing challenges—access to contracts was VPN-only, which made flexible working and internal sharing cumbersome.

Working with Curtis Fitch, GNM located and uploaded contracts into a secure cloud platform. They can now cross-reference spend with contracts, report on compliance and flag significant spend with no agreement; the Risk team scores information‑security questionnaires and the platform supports P2P onboarding. Early analytics and an improved, more intuitive interface have reduced risk and improved access, reporting and supplier setup.
