Lincolnshire Co-operative, with 280,000 members, faced the challenge of communicating relevant offers and events to its large and widespread membership. To solve this, they partnered with vendor Cursor to develop a bespoke software platform known as the Comms System.

Cursor developed the Comms System, a secure web application that uses member data, location, and website usage to create and send personalized email campaigns and printed materials. The system processes data at high speeds and allows non-technical staff to easily design communications. This solution enabled Lincolnshire Co-operative to run numerous critical projects, personalizing communications for hundreds of thousands of members through both email and print, significantly improving their member experience.
