Maru Group, an international organization with employees across multiple regions, needed a way to strengthen security awareness while also meeting ISO certification requirements. With cyberattacks and phishing scams on the rise, the company turned to Curricula’s security awareness training platform to help build a culture of security.

Using Curricula, Maru Group rolled out recurring training with animated content, phishing simulations, and the DeeDee cyber security culture character. The team sends about 10 training episodes per year, times content around real risks and help desk trends, and uses phishing tests to establish baselines and reinforce behavior; as a result, employees embraced the program after initial resistance, and the organization improved engagement around security and compliance.
