Marriott Hotels sought to transform one of its properties into a testing ground for new amenities and designs, aiming to gather direct feedback from guests in an innovative way. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Current Studios, which employed a custom Internet of Things (IoT) device for the project.

Current Studios designed and implemented sleek wireless "like" buttons placed around the hotel, allowing guests to easily provide feedback on various facilities. This solution, called Beta Button, gave Marriott a fun, interactive tool for guests and a valuable metric measurement system, providing the hotel chain with direct insights to help modernize its operations.
