Evaneos, a travel platform that connects travellers with local agencies across more than 130 destinations, faced the operational challenge of collecting thousands of payments and paying over 300 local agents in many currencies while minimizing exchange‑rate exposure and automating a secure payments process. To solve this, Evaneos partnered with Currencycloud and integrated the Currencycloud API to access multi‑currency rails and transparent FX services.

Currencycloud implemented daily forward contracts to remove volatility from the payments cycle and provided access to a range of currencies via its local bank network, automating and securing cross‑border payouts. As a result, Evaneos saw increased positive feedback and retention from local agents, a rapid rise in subscriptions to the platform, and the ability to expand into new locations and onboard more agents with reduced operational burden.
