Money Mover Uses Currencycloud Spark to Give Its Clients the Freedom to Make Bold, Global Moves

Money Mover, an online platform for global payments and foreign exchange, had been working with Currencycloud since its first payment in 2013. As its SME customer base grew, it needed a way to let clients receive payments into named accounts and move money internationally without relying on slow high street banks and restrictive reserve-account processes.

Currencycloud provided Money Mover with Spark and Payment Tracking, giving it the ability to create accounts for customers to receive, pay out, and move money in different currencies, while also tracking funds in real time. Money Mover first tested Spark in a pilot, then expanded its use after positive client feedback, and now expects to broaden from a payments platform into an international payments hub that can reduce time spent handling payment exceptions and increase its addressable market.
