Flying Blue, the loyalty program of Air France-KLM and Transavia, sought a more efficient way to manage its numerous airline and non-airline partners. The program needed to scale its partner network and lower the administrative burden of onboarding, contracting, and invoicing. To address this challenge, Flying Blue embraced the Currency Alliance platform.
Currency Alliance implemented a comprehensive solution that standardized contracts, managed the entire partner onboarding process, and handled all transaction reporting and invoicing. This allowed Flying Blue to add nearly 20 new partners and drastically reduced the workload for its legal, IT, and accounting departments. The collaboration with Currency Alliance provided the agile foundation for Flying Blue's goal of adding hundreds of future partners.
