Com Hem, one of Sweden’s leading providers of TV, telephony, and high-speed internet, needed a more user-friendly, secure, and scalable way to manage identity and access across its brands and digital services. Before working with Curity, the company relied on fragmented, service-specific identity implementations that slowed development and made it harder to deliver a consistent digital experience.

Using the Curity Identity Server, Com Hem centralized identity and access management, added Single Sign-On for web and mobile apps, and introduced secure, simplified login options such as Mobile BankID. With Curity, Com Hem shortened development time for new services, improved internal collaboration, and significantly increased customer login rates, driving higher usage across mobile, PC, and smart TV channels.
