Focus3 refreshes LeadNow in 2 weeks with Curious Minds Media

Focus3 needed to refresh its existing LeadNow leadership evaluation application, adding better reporting functionality and a self-serve option for individuals and small groups. The application, built on Laravel, lacked required functionality and had performance issues, particularly with generating PDF reports.

Curious Minds Media rebuilt the application using the Laravel framework and Laravel Livewire to create a more intuitive user interface. They also developed a Node-based screenshot microservice to drastically improve the performance of report generation. Curious Minds Media deployed the new application with comprehensive documentation, a maintenance plan, and performance monitoring in place.
