A Cureo Case Study
New Mexico Primary Care Association (NMPCA), a nonprofit serving 19 member organizations across New Mexico, needed a better way to support collaboration among its peer networking groups. Before working with Cureo, the association was piecing together Slack, Dropbox, email, and occasional in-person meetings, but information was hard to find and sharing best practices outside of meetings was difficult.
Cureo provided NMPCA with a single collaboration platform that combined discussions, meetings, and file sharing into one place. The association created separate channels for its 7 peer networking groups, added central file repositories with version control, and used Cureo’s Dialogs for questions and feedback. As a result, members could quickly access historical discussions and materials, staff reduced tool-related confusion and administrative work, and NMPCA gained better visibility into member activity and needs.
