A Curalate Case Study
Rebecca Minkoff, a fashion label known for its bags, shoes and stylish apparel, faced a common challenge: fans were regularly posting inspiring photos of their looks on social media, but the brand needed a way to capture and surface that user-generated content on its site. The goal was to turn abundant fan photos into engaging, conversion-driving experiences for shoppers.
Partnering with Curalate and using its Fanreel product, Rebecca Minkoff now aggregates and displays top fan images sitewide and links approved photos directly to the products shown, making them shoppable. The results were immediate: more than 10,000 user images in the first three months, an average 11% increase in time on site (about 95 incremental hours per day) and a 20% average click-through rate on photos.
