Raymour & Flanigan, a multi-state furniture retailer, wanted a marketing and website overhaul to better showcase its products online, celebrate customers, and drive more revenue from social and email. Initially focused on a shoppable Instagram experience and social scheduling, the brand broadened its goals to improve product discovery across all digital touchpoints and replicate the in-store discovery experience on its site.
Working with Curalate, Raymour & Flanigan deployed Curalate Showroom and shoppable user-generated content galleries to turn social images into discoverable, buyable product experiences across paid ads, email, Pinterest, Twitter and Facebook. The initiative boosted engagement and sales dramatically: +28% conversion rate, +174% time-on-site, +35% revenue per visit (product discovery +200%, bounce rate -79%, AOV +5.5%).
