Farfetch is an international luxury fashion marketplace with over 100,000 products. To turn fleeting discovery moments into purchases, the brand launched the #TheOne campaign to collect inspiring photos and videos from influencers and customers, and needed a way to surface that visual content on-site to drive conversion.
Partnering with Curalate, Farfetch made user-generated images discoverable and shoppable, using Curalate’s search to activate micro- and macro-influencers and embed a low-maintenance UGC gallery. The campaign generated 400,000 engagements, brought 88% new Instagram-referred visitors and achieved a 1.38% conversion rate on shoppable UGC, boosting traffic, customers and revenue and enabling easy reuse for subsequent campaigns.
