Forever 21, a leading apparel retailer with more than 5.4 million Instagram followers, faced a clear challenge: high engagement on the platform but no easy way to convert those interactions into on-site traffic or measure Instagram-driven ROI. In the first two weeks this drove 47.6k gallery visits, more than 38k outbound clicks to the site (an 80% click-through rate), and higher engagement from Instagram-referred mobile visitors—about 19% more pageviews and 24% more time on site.
