Using Curalate’s Fanreel, Urban integrated Instagram UGC into their site, moderating and linking photos tagged #UOOnYou to relevant product pages. In the first two months they collected over 13,000 images, UGC drove a 15% click-through rate to product pages, and customers now upload 100–200 photos daily—insights that feed merchandising, marketing and increased customer loyalty and conversions.
