Dune London, a global fashion footwear and accessories brand with standalone stores and concessions worldwide, wanted its website to become a source of inspiration that helped customers envision products in real life, celebrate the Dune community, and sell more effectively online.
Partnering with Curalate, Dune aggregated lifestyle content (UGC, influencer and brand imagery) and made it shoppable across an Instagram Shop, an on-site UGC gallery, shoppable videos and email campaigns. The impact was strong: engaged shoppers saw +28% conversion and +17% average order value, UGC on product pages drove an 82% revenue increase in the first two weeks, and the Featured gallery email lifted clickthroughs 55% (with a 600% revenue gain for the gallery).
