Microtechnology needed to extend its product-focused offering with an online service capability so customers could get a complete solution to their business problems. Cumulocity delivered a Dedicated Edition of its IoT Platform, locally deployed in a Japanese cloud data center and fully rebranded as the CuMoNoSU IoT Platform with a Japanese-language interface. The result was a fast launch in just 8 weeks, enabling Microtechnology to bring new combined IoT and online services to market while supporting local data regulations and benefiting from a transparent, usage-based SaaS pricing model.
