CERTUSS, a manufacturer of low-noise steam generators, needed a cost-effective, non-intrusive way to protect its critical equipment from failure and reduce the risk of energy losses, downtime, and production disruption. To address this challenge, CERTUSS worked with Cumulocity and its IoT platform for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of its steam generators.

Cumulocity helped CERTUSS deploy a fully branded IoT tenant that tracks 60 operational parameters per machine, including pressure, temperature, combustion conditions, and water level. The solution enabled remote configuration, custom dashboards, and rapid fault detection rules, helping CERTUSS minimize unplanned outages, dispatch technicians proactively, improve service reliability, and speed time to market while also saving fuel and operational costs.
