How Selligent Marketing Cloud Built an Actionable Reporting Module for Marketers

Selligent Marketing Cloud, a marketing automation platform used by major consumer brands, needed a better way to help marketers understand campaign performance across different industries and changing market conditions. To meet this challenge, Selligent partnered with Cumul.io to add an embedded reporting layer to its SaaS platform, giving end users easy access to relevant campaign insights without requiring technical or data science expertise.

Cumul.io helped Selligent launch a reporting module with an embedded dashboard for general email metrics and a white-label dashboard editor for custom dashboards, with plans to add in-dashboard audience segmentation. The rollout gave all clients interactive reporting on key metrics like delivery rate, open rate, clickthrough rate, and conversion rate, while also setting Selligent up to monetize advanced analytics in premium tiers and drive more actionable marketing decisions.
