World Indigenous Game Service Provider - Customer Case Study

World Indigenous Game Service Provider needed reliable power for the first World Indigenous Games in Palmas, Tocantins, Brazil, where the Games Village was located off-grid and beyond the city electricity grid. Cummins provided the power generation support through a rental solution to keep the remote event site running continuously for the full nine-day competition.

Cummins and its distributor, Distribuidora Cummins Centro Oeste (DCCO), supplied and managed seven Cummins Power Generation 500 kVA generator sets operating in parallel, along with cabling, transfer panels, logistics, installation, and on-site support. The solution delivered 24-hour reliable power throughout the event, helping the Games run without interruption and contributing to the event’s success and lasting legacy for the host city.
