LG CNS Busan Global Data Center, the largest data center in Korea, needed a highly reliable standby power system to protect uptime and prevent data loss in the event of a utility outage. Cummins delivered 12 C2250D6A diesel generator sets providing 27MW of standby power, with systems designed to start and supply load within ten seconds of a power failure. The solution supported LG CNS’s N+1 redundancy strategy, helped ensure continuous service availability, and reinforced confidence through ongoing maintenance and support from Cummins Sales and Service Korea.
