G-Drive Engines Provide Prime Power to Dockside Cranes in China’s Fujian Province

ShenZhen Superwatt Power Co. Ltd, one of China’s largest generator set manufacturers, needed diesel engines to supply prime power for dockside cranes built for its customer, Noell Crane Systems (China) Ltd. The application required reliable power for Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes operating in demanding dockside environments.

Cummins provided G-Drive engines for the project, including QSX15, KTA50-G3, and QSK60-G3 models, to power the generator sets used on the cranes. ShenZhen Superwatt chose Cummins for its quality and high technical specification, and the solution was designed to handle extreme ambient conditions and support dependable crane operation for Noell Crane Systems’ rental fleet.
