Cambrian College boosts staff intervention skills with CultureAlly, with 94% recommending the session

Cambrian College faced the challenge of equipping its staff and faculty with practical skills to intervene when they witnessed harmful situations or received disclosures from students. CultureAlly developed a half-day, interactive workshop built around realistic campus scenarios for over 80 participants. The solution focused on the 5 Ds of Bystander Intervention and connected the learning directly to Cambrian's own policies and support pathways.
