The World Gold Council, under a new CEO with an ambitious vision, needed to transform its organizational culture to support a new global strategy. The challenge involved moving from a siloed, non-transparent structure to a collaborative "one global team" culture. To diagnose their current state and define the desired future culture, they partnered with Culture15 and used its Culture15 diagnostic tool and service.
Culture15 conducted an organization-wide survey and qualitative analysis to provide a clear diagnostic of the existing culture and its drivers. They then facilitated a process for the leadership team to define the target culture. The results provided the World Gold Council with a tangible articulation of its culture and a clear, actionable path for transformation, serving as a springboard for all ensuing culture work to close the identified gap.
