John Deere Agri Services helped Rembrandt Enterprises, a feed manufacturing operation in Rembrandt, Iowa, automate its ingredient receiving process with the oneWeigh™ system and AGRIS V9 software. The company needed better traceability for incoming commodities such as corn, soybean meal, and limestone, along with a faster way to manage truck receiving and settlement.

Using Cultura Technologies’ oneWeigh-enabled automation, trucks were identified by RF tag, weighed, routed to the correct pit, and issued tickets automatically through integrated accounting and binning systems. The result was a major efficiency gain: turnaround time dropped from 30 minutes to 10 minutes minimum, while also improving traceability and making regulatory inspections easier.
