AgMark, LLC is a 21-facility grain cooperative based in Beloit/Concordia, KS handling about 45 million bushels annually. The terminal had been struggling with a mismatched scale system and AGRIS V9 accounting software, which caused information-transfer problems, slowed truck communications and hampered customer service.

AgMark installed John Deere Agri Services’ oneWeigh scale management system, which added a large LED message board to display test weight, moisture, customer/account and pit information and enabled consideration of RFID card swipes for automated ticketing. The change saved time and labor, improved accuracy and customer communication, and gave AgMark’s own staff better diagnostics and support capability, reducing reliance on outside tech service.
