Harness, the Continuous Delivery-as-a-Service platform, was struggling with version control across Google Sheets and Excel as forecasts and plans changed in real time, making it hard for stakeholders to know which version was current. To solve this, Harness turned to Cube Software and its Cube planning platform to create a centralized single source of truth for their planning data.

Cube Software implemented a central planning layer (integrating with Harness’s Netsuite data) and was deployed in under two weeks. The Cube solution eliminated disputes over which forecast was correct, provided easy access to past scenarios, streamlined variance analysis through templates, and added drill-down capabilities—improvements Harness says dramatically sped up analysis, increased visibility, and reduced internal thrash.
