How FeedMe uses Cube to allow users to generate custom reports

FeedMe, a FoodTech POS provider in Malaysia, needed a more robust way to let customers build custom reports across MongoDB, CouchDB, and BigQuery. Their existing SQL- and JavaScript-based reporting system was hard to maintain and scale, especially as they supported embedded analytics for sales, marketing, and inventory reporting.

Cube Dev helped FeedMe migrate to Cube in phases, starting with Dynamic Schema Creation and later adding pre-aggregations and Cube Store. The result was faster reporting and lower costs: BigQuery spend dropped by about two-thirds, and queries that previously took several minutes now return in under 10 seconds.
